Placing Orders

Orders can be placed on the Mystical Parties Online Shop day or night, 24/7.  Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Security

When checking out, you will be redirected to a secure server where all the personal information you enter is encrypted, thus keeping it safe.  We use industry standard security with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for data encryption at 128 bit, using internationally trusted Comodo certificates.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased just like any other product and are posted free of charge within 24 hours.  Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, only redeemable at the Mystical Parties Online Shop (not Mystical Parties Party Plan), cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and only valid if the redemption code is entered during checkout.  When purchasing a gift voucher, include both the name of the recipient and the name of the sender in the Additional Instructions box during checkout.  When redeeming your gift voucher, enter the gift voucher redemption code during checkout.  If the full value of the gift voucher is not spent, the balance will remain in your account until your next visit or until the expiration date.  If the value of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift voucher, select a payment method to cover the additional amount.  For purchases made with a gift voucher, our product return policy is by way of credit voucher only.

Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or direct deposit.  Full payment must be received before orders are sent.  Word of Caution - use a valid credit card, one that belongs to you!  Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.  We have access to your IP address, ISP information and other personal information.  We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious credit card orders.

Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide, as well as to New Zealand, UK, Canada and USA - see “International Customers” for more information.  A flat rate of $9.00 will automatically be added for Australia-wide shipping during checkout.  Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.  Due care is always taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, however we will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as loss, theft or damage during transit.  Prefer registered post?  Let us know in the Additional Instructions box during checkout and add $2.75 to your payment.  If packages are returned to us due to incorrect postal details provided during checkout, additional shipping costs will be incurred for the order to be re-sent to the correct address.

Delivery

Orders are currently shipped twice a week.  An e-mail will be sent on the day your order is shipped and should take between 1 – 5 business days to reach its destination.  We have a strict “No Pickups” policy.  

International Customers

We only accept orders from New Zealand, UK, Canada and USA.  Orders received from other countries will not be processed and will not be shipped.  All prices are in Australian dollars.  A flat rate of $50 will automatically be added for international shipping during checkout.  For the latest foreign exchange rates, use the Universal Currency Converter link on our Home page.  Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.  Orders are airmailed via Australia Post and can take up to 14 days to reach their destination.  We do not ship to international post office box addresses.  Your package may be subject to local custom’s charges, so check with your local authority to determine whether or not you will be affected.  The Mystical Parties Online Shop is not responsible for these potential additional costs.

Stock Availability

All of our online shop products are currently in stock.  However, it may happen that multiple orders are placed for a certain product simultaneously, thus deminishing stock levels.  If this occurs, new stock will take between 1 – 14 days to reach us.  Orders will be shipped once we receive all of the products ordered.  Partial orders can be shipped on request, but additional delivery costs will be incurred when shipping the remainder of the order.  On receipt of your order, we will notify you via e-mail of an expected dispatch date.
